With more than two decades of experience encompassing various aspects of the IT industry, I offer a substantial breadth of expertise.
My career commenced as a software developer and progressively advanced to positions such as database administrator, team leader, and ultimately executive roles in Delivery and Pre-sales. Throughout this journey, I have developed a profound understanding of both technical and business dynamics, adeptly navigating diverse cultural and geographical environments.

Senior Director, Digital Engineering
As the Portfolio Leader overseeing operations in France, Spain, and Italy for the Digital Engineering horizontal practice, I was responsible for managing a P&L exceeding $20 million. My duties included actively pursuing new business opportunities (hunting) as well as nurturing and expanding existing client accounts (farming).
Transformation Leader
Effectively managed the IBM transformation program for a BNP PARIBAS ADM Contract, overseeing the setup of 1000 associates across Bucharest, Romania, Casablanca, Morocco, and Paris - Lille, France.
