I have extensive experience on Eastern-European IT market with focus on Romania and Moldavia. I have proven track record in setting up, scaling and maturing shared service centers for BPO (finance and HR functions) and in the IT.
I succeeded in setting up or in improving Shared Service Centers in rightshore context (onshore-nearshore-offshore) or in nearshore-nearsore (Romania – Morocco) setup.
My experience
I managed nearshore delivery center setup in Romania in a 3 site context: Onshore (France) – Nearshore – Offshore (India).
We started with 2 people in a meeting room and managed a growth to 500 people in 3 years.
We managed everything: setup facilities, hiring support functions, establishing partnerships with local providers and with the universities, dealing with recruitment, transitions and activities hand-over and much more…

Greenfield
Create a completely new Shared Services Center in Romania and/or Moldavia by leveraging on my own experience and network, my knowledge on local processes, legal and administrative constraints.
