Challenge
Started from a high level roadmap and requirements for building a new online bank on top of a CORE Banking system based on Temenos T24.

Challenge
Create an application for flu predictions based on mathematical model provided by the customer.
1st MVP to be delivered within 1 month
2nd release to have additional countries and features

Started with a discovery phase on client premises in Paris, France.
Our team had direct contact with doctors, virologists and mathematicians from THE COMPANY which ensured good connection and relationship with the client.

Rebuild New Modules for Global Food Platform
Challenge
Application for supply chain management for salmon fish farms in Norway
The application uses sensors installed in fish farms to detect ultrasound emitted by fish when they are hungry.
This triggers the feeding of food from nearby stocks and the agents manage the stocks through the application on mobile devices or laptops.
Solution
The client has a complex Information System spread across continents having transversal architecture, project and product management teams.
